Terms & Conditions
- When our technician arrives at your premises they will inspect and measure the areas you have told us and then confirm the quoted price and inspect the carpet and stains before commencing work.
- The technician will sometimes quote extra after inspection when the following occurs.
– There are extra rooms or areas that we were not told about.
– The rooms / rugs are larger than specified. - All quoted prices include GST
- Lounge / Dining Rooms are considered 2.5 rooms
- Our Minimum Charge for any job is $120. (This can be a combination of rooms, hallways, stairs, etc)
- Any cancellations within 24 hours of agreed start time will attract a $45 cancellation fee.
- All prices are quoted on the basis that either rooms are empty or no furniture is to be moved. Moving furniture may incur an additional fee
- Wear and tear and high traffic areas can not be rectified by any type of heavy duty carpet steam or dry cleaning.
- Please note that all technicians will endeavour to remove the maximum amount of spotting or staining during the cleaning process, but no guarantees will be given on complete stain removal.
